Day 7, Interviews and IPAs
Today started with the usual guest house breakfast bright and early at 8 AM to fuel up for a busy day. After completing the first round of interviews, the team debriefed with Ajay to gain his feedback and then split off to work on synthesizing key research findings.
After a few hours of progress, Maeve got hungry, so we all ordered pizza delivery from Tanto Pizzeria in Kuilapaylam. Tara got 4 cheese (boring), Maeve got romana (better), Chloe got marinara (boring), and Spencer Caley and Daniel all got masala chicken (best). Some hiccups occurred to get the pizza delivered, but it all worked out in the end. It was a weak muck so we all had leftovers that would come in handy later.

After more hours of grinding, it was time to depart for Pondicherry once again, this time much earlier at 3 so we could actually see, for a special heritage walking tour of White Town in Pondicherry. It was a great tour led by Ashok Panda, explaining planning challenges that Pondicherry is facing, showcasing the landmarks in the area, and the locations demonstrating best practices of heritage conservation in the area.
Next stop was Catamaran Brewing Company, where the team got a few orders of fries along with some long-awaited IPAs. The team then journeyed through some traffic back to home base for some leftover pizza before heading to bed. Another day in the books!
